Small Group Training

Large class sizes may not be preferred by all individuals interested in training.  If you have one or more friends/family members that want to get some private instruction at a more economical rate, then the small group training option may be for you.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Working 1-on-1 with a trainer is the proven way to get results. Let us know your goals, and we will tailor a program to help you achieve your fitness aspirations.  1-on-1 personal training is available for Muay Thai sessions as well as Functional Training (including dynamic workouts such as TRX, kettlebells, and high intensity interval training)

Private Training

Stride offers a number of options to accommodate your busy schedule and specific training needs.  If your schedule does not allow you to train at normal class times, or you prefer training on your own, or in a smaller group, Stride is here to help you reach your training goals. 

Adult Program

Adult program consists of several classes starting with The Beginner Class.  You will learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai.  The Intermediate Class expands your Muay Thai IQ once you are comfortable with and have a good grasp of the basics.  The Sparring Class advances your Muay Thai technique by testing what you learned in a supervised  spar with your teammates. Challenge yourself by joining the Competition Team and dedicate the time and mindset to develop your ring experience.

Beginner Class

Learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai. Building a solid foundation will give you the framework to flourish as a Nak Muay (Muay Thai practitioner). Everyone can benefit from taking this class.

Intermediate Class

Start expanding your Muay Thai IQ once you are comfortable with and have a good grasp of the basics. Intensity of the training is increased and more complex and intricate techniques are explored. Beginners are still welcome in this class; they will be paired according to experience and skill level.

Sparring Class

Advance your Muay Thai technique by testing what you learned in a supervised spar with your teammates. Sparring is by invitation only. Minimum of 6 months consistent training must be maintained by ALL participants to earn sparring privileges. This requirement is to ensure the safety of all students.

Competition Team

Challenge yourself by joining our Competition Team and dedicate the time and mindset to develop your ring experience. Junior and Adult competition teams will have the opportunities to train for exhibition matches and judged matches on the provincial, national and international level.

Junior Program

Through consistent Muay Thai martial arts training, our “Stridelings” will learn and develop into little warriors. The participants will engage in fun and challenging activities, such as team building games, agility drills, obstacle courses, and pad work. Not only will they start to get more physically fit, but our Stridelings will grow mentally stronger and aim to become better interpretations of themSELF, including

  • increasing self confidence & self esteem
  • gaining self discipline
  • developing self respect
  • learning self defense
