Muay Thai Techniques
The focus shifts towards partner training in a safe and collaborative environment. This class is tailored for those seeking to apply and refine their foundational skills in a practical setting, emphasizing partner drills and interactive sessions. With like-minded training partners, participants have the opportunity to put fundamental Muay Thai techniques into practice, enhancing their proficiency and adaptability. To ensure a safe experience, gloves and shin pads are mandatory for all participants, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth and camaraderie.
Kids Muay Thai
The Stride Muay Thai Junior program is for students from the ages of 4 years old to 12 years old. We train our students in Authentic Muay Thai. Workouts always include a functional warm up and conditioning. Then the techniques of Muay Thai are taught using traditional methods such as shadow boxing, bag work, pad work and partner work. Our gym places a strong focus on fundamentals, as it is the foundation for our students to grow.
